Over the years, I’ve bought quite a few vehicles, and anyone who has knows you often have to tread carefully with some dealers. But from the start it was clear these guys were incredibly professional, genuinely honest, and just downright kind, you get the feeling right away that you’re dealing with good people.

A month on, and I’m still absolutely loving the van I got from them. It’s been running great, and even when a small issue popped up on the first day, they handled it immediately without any fuss. Took it in, sorted it, and sent me back on the road with everything running smoothly. That kind of aftercare is rare so thank you J9 team!

Absolutely amazing! I bought a 2021 peugeot partner a few months ago from junction 9 commercials and unfortunately the cam chain went on it. The guys at Junction 9 picked up the van the following working day and took it to their workshop. Within 2 Days they phoned me and told me the van was all done ! During this time i was also offered a temporary van whilst mine was being fixed which was a great gesture. I couldn’t recommend Junction 9 enough for their amazing service and great communication from start to finish.

Visited last week to view a 2021 Peugeot Partner swb that was for sale. Was greeted by Richard and shown the vehicle. He allowed us to take it for a test drive. We thoroughly checked it over on our return and I have to be perfectly honest the van was exceptionally well presented and drove as new. No hard sale, completely relaxed atmosphere and had a great time in their company. Harry was extremely helpful with his knowledge and made us very welcome. Richard was fantastic. He showed all relevant documentation and was trustworthy, knowledgeable and pleasant. The vehicle was also presented with a full years mot and 3 months warrant. Cut to the chase we obviously bought the van and was extremely happy to finalise the deal 24hrs later. As a small family business we purchased a brand new van the year before 24 reg same model as the one we have just purchased off Junction 9 commercial Ltd (Richard) from a main Peugeot dealership and I have to say we had better customer service from Richard and his team than we experienced there. So from one small family business to another thanks guy’s we really appreciated it 👍
